Product Warranty

 Our products come with a 2-year warranty, but most units are fully functional for well over 10 years.  Itac Systems will repair all products under warranty at no cost.  All products are warranted for 2 years or 24 months from the date of purchase.

While we have one of the longest product life spans in the industry, we understand that things happen. If you have a problem with your product: please email us at sales@itacsystems.com or call us toll-free: 800-533-4822, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. CST, M-F (except U.S. holidays) to receive a return authorization code.  Only products with an authorization code will be accepted by our factory.  The authorization code must be on the outside of the package or it will be refused.

Product Refunds

ITAC Systems will refund the cost of the unit(s) charged to your credit card if products are returned within 30 days of the received date and are in original condition and packaging. Units returned which have received obvious physical abuse will be subject to a refund review. This review will determine if a full product credit can be issued.  Return to Itac shipping is not refundable. Once the unit is received by ITAC Systems and reviewed we will issue a credit to your credit card or be in touch with you.  All returns must have a Return Authorization number or they will be refused by our factory.  Please see the return instructions below.

Product Returns and Repairs

IMPORTANT: Please follow the steps outlined below when returning a device to ensure you receive credit  for your return.

PRODUCT RETURNS:

To receive credit, and for product tracking, It is required that you must contact ITAC Systems at (800) 533-4822 or (972) 494-3073 between the hours of 8 am and 4 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday (except U.S. holidays) or submit an Online Return request (sales@itacsystems.com).and have it authorized before you can return the product. You will be issued a return authorization to be written clearly on the front of your package. 

NOTE:  Packages without a Return Authorization written on the package will result in a refusal at our factory.  the package will be returned to the sender.

PRODUCT REPAIRS:

ITAC Systems will repair all units under warranty at no cost. All products are warranted for 2 years or 24 months from the date of purchase. If the product is out of warranty, certain repair, replacement, and/or upgrade costs will apply as well as shipping charges The repair/refurbishment fee is a flat rate of $75 unless extensive repairs are required including the device main board. If such repairs are necessary, you will be contacted for authorization prior to repairs beginning.
